ChinVerify is an advisory tool and does not issue credit ratings, legal determinations, or financial guarantees.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

Data on ChinVerify are primarily obtained from:

  • The National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (China);
  • Government-authorized data providers;
  • Licensed commercial databases and APIs.

We strive to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or real-time updates in all cases. Data availability, structure, and timing may vary by source. You should independently verify information before making business, legal, financial, or compliance decisions.

4. License and Usage Restrictions

You may use information from ChinVerify for lawful personal or commercial purposes. However, you must not: - Copy, resell, or distribute data in bulk without written consent; - Use the Platform for competing services; - Interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the system. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Account and Payment

Some features (e.g., data export, report download, API access) require registration and payment. Payments are processed via PayPal or other approved gateways. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Any loss caused by negligence is the user's sole responsibility.

6. Termination

You can stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services or delete your account if:

  • You breach these Terms or our Usage Policy.
  • We must do so to comply with the law.
  • Your use of our Services could cause risk or harm to us, our users, or anyone else.
