Quick Start — How to use ChinVerify

ChinVerify helps you quickly find oficial registro and credit información about chino empresas. Use the buscar bar on the homepage to start — you can buscar by full empresa name, partial name, or unified social credit code / registro number.

Step 1 — Buscar

Step 2 — Seleccionar the right empresa

Browse the buscar resultados to find the correct entity. Pay attention to:

  • Código de crédito: Compruebe si el USCC o el ID fiscal coinciden.
  • Región: Compruebe si la provincia coincide con sus expectativas.

Step 3 — Analyze the Empresa Profile

  • Risk Analysis: Comprobar for any 'Abnormal Operations' or 'Dishonest Records' (Court Cases).

Keep track of your findings:

  • Mark empresas as 'Favoritos' to save them permanently. (Note: Regular browsing history is automatically cleared after 30 days).

Step 5 — Cross-comprobar

For critical negocio decisions, always verificar the data:

  • Request a copy of the Negocio Licencia from your counterparty.
  • Compare the USCC and Legal Representative name with the data on ChinVerify.

Practical Tips
